DARE TO BEAT DARE DEVILS: Bowlers Day Out

Glenn McGrath,Farveez Maharoof and Rajat Bhatia showed that this tournament did not belong merely to the batsmens. The Jaipur team, failed to get off the mark and could only manage a 129 for 8 from their 20 overs, a target that posed no problems for Delhi’s batsmen.Mc Grath was as usual, perfect in his line and length. While Maharoof bowled with good pace and swung the ball away from the right-handed batsmen, Bhatia confined himself to his strengths, and attacked the stumps.Even the early departure of Virender Sehwag, who fired three fours before being bowled off the fourth, did not dull the crowd’s enthusiasm.
The small target set by th rajasthan royals was so small that it was a mere practice for delhi batsmen.Even the early departure of Virender Sehwag, who fired three fours before being bowled off the fourth, did not dull the crowd’s enthusiasm.Gutham was as usual in his full swing striking balls all over the ground. The young batsman of Delhi shikar also showed that he too has a high potential.
